That's what these sessions are for. We'll sit with the question you're actually carrying — about your work, a relationship, a decision, a direction — and I'll share what comes through intuitively. Not advice. Not what I would do. What's true for you, reflected back until you can hear it yourself.

Mediumship & Spiritual Connection

You want to know they're alright. You want to know they saw the thing you did for them, that they know you're still here loving them, that whatever was left unsaid didn't stay unsaid forever.
In these sessions I open a channel and share what I receive — impressions, personalities, details, messages. You don't need to tell me much beforehand; often the less you share, the more meaningful what comes through will be.
I can't promise who arrives. That depends on the moment, not on how much you want it. What I can promise is complete honesty about what I'm receiving — and that more often than not, the person you're hoping for does come through.

The casseroles stopped. The check-in texts thinned out. And you're still standing in the kitchen at three in the afternoon, undone by something small.
Grief doesn't run on anyone's schedule, and it doesn't only come from death — the end of a marriage, a diagnosis, a child who no longer speaks to you, a version of yourself you had to leave behind. All of it counts here.
This isn't a program with stages to complete. It's a space to be met exactly where you are, by someone who has been in it, for as long as it takes.

Sessions are held over Zoom. We'll start by settling in and talking briefly about what brought you — you don't need to tell me much, and in mediumship sessions I'll often ask you to share as little as possible at first.
From there, I'll share what comes through. This is a collaborative space: ask questions, tell me when something lands or doesn't, and we'll follow it together. There's no right way to prepare, though jotting down what you're hoping to explore can help us make the most of our time.
In mediumship sessions, I can't promise who will come through — that depends on the moment. More often than not, the person you're hoping for does. Either way, I'll be honest with you about what I'm receiving.

Things people often wonder
Do I need to believe in any of this for it to work?
No. Curiosity is plenty, and healthy skepticism is welcome — it doesn't get in the way. You don't have to arrive with a position on what any of this is. You only have to be willing to sit down and see.
What if no one comes through?
It happens, though less often than people fear. Connection depends on the moment rather than on effort or desire, which is why I never promise a specific person. If it isn't coming, I'll tell you honestly rather than fill the silence — and we can turn our time toward coaching or grief support instead, so you still leave with something that serves you.
Can I ask about one particular person?
Yes — hold them in mind. I'll usually ask you to share as little as possible at the start, so that what comes through can be genuinely yours rather than shaped by what I've been told.
How is this different from therapy?
Therapy is clinical work with a licensed professional, and it's often exactly the right thing. What I offer is different: intuitive and spiritual guidance, not treatment. Many of the people I sit with see a therapist too, and the two can sit side by side well. If something in our work suggests you'd be better served by clinical support, I'll say so.
Is it too soon after a loss?
There's no rule, and anyone who gives you a firm number is guessing. Some people come three weeks after a death and some come thirty years later — both are on time. What I'd gently say is this: if you're in the very earliest, rawest days, grief support may serve you better than a mediumship reading, because expectation can be heavy to carry when you're that tender. We can talk it through before you book.
What do I need to prepare?
Somewhere quiet, a stable connection, and a little space on either side of our time so you're not rushing in or straight back out. Jotting down the questions you're carrying can help. Tissues, sometimes. Nothing else.

My story
Ever since I was young, I've felt a quiet, steady connection to the unseen — not dramatic or loud, but a subtle closeness to the divine that's simply always been part of how I move through the world.
That connection cracked wide open in ways I never expected after a miscarriage and the loss of my father. In the middle of that grief, something in me shifted — and in 2016, a deep inward spiritual discovery began. It hasn't stopped since. It continues to deepen, session by session, year by year.
Since then, I've studied with mentors and teachers recognized by the Arthur Findlay College, earned a grief certification through David Kessler, and trained in astrology. I'm currently deepening my knowledge as a student in the Somatic Energy Practitioner Program, studying under the guidance of Dr. John Amaral.
But credentials only tell part of the story. What I hope you feel most, sitting across from me, is warmth — because that's what this work has always been for me. Holding sacred space for another person's healing is the greatest work of my life. I carry deep reverence for it, and witnessing someone's healing unfold is a gift I never take for granted.
Sessions are a collaborative space. I'll share what comes through intuitively, and I encourage you to ask questions and share feedback along the way. Come as you are.
